Salary: $2,520/month

Job Description: Individual reports to the Operations Director and acts as office manager for the St. Louis City office complex. Will manage front desk duties, including answering phones, greeting clients, and processing mail. Duties also include making travel arrangements for experts and employees, copying/releasing client files, coordinating office service activities including processing invoices and directing communication with vendors; conducting inventory; and ordering supplies. Additional responsibilities include serving as the information & technology contact, and other related duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications: One year of professional office management experience, demonstrated by supervision of staff or highly responsible administrative duties; Or, four years progressively responsible clerical/office experience required. Post secondary education may be substituted for minimum experience requirements.
