The Agenda for the open session is posted below.

In addition, it is the agenda of the Commission to vote to go into closed session
to approve the closed session minutes of December 5, 2025, and to discuss legal actions, causes of action or litigation pursuant to Section 610.021(1) RSMo, and to discuss the hiring, firing, disciplining, or promotion of particular employees pursuant to Section 610.021(3).

Meetings are open to the public except for closed session portions having to do with personnel, litigation, or other confidential matters for which the Sunshine Laws of Missouri authorize closed sessions.
