Capital Appellate Attorney

Salary: $6,552/month

Job Description: Attorney will represent indigent clients in the Missouri Supreme Court on appeals from death penalty convictions and sentences. Attorney may also occasionally represent clients in non-death penalty appellate/PCR litigation.

Position will be located in Kansas City, Columbia, or St. Louis Appellate Office. Office location to be determined based on the needs of MSPD and preference of applicant.

Qualifications: Must have at least three years experience in the practice of criminal law and must be a member of the Missouri Bar.
