Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.

• APD I: $4,115/month (starting salary)
• APD II: $4,564/month (eligible for consideration after 1 year of successful performance)
• APD III: $5,262/month (eligible for consideration after 3 years of successful performance)
• Senior Public Defender I–II: $5,959–$6,351/month (eligible for consideration after continued highly successful performance)

Job Description: Attorney will represent clients in parole revocation hearings in jails and prisons throughout the state. Frequent statewide travel is required.

Qualifications: Must be a current member of the Missouri Bar or eligible for bar licensure in Missouri.
