Missouri State Public Defender is seeking a dynamic leader and experienced attorney to be responsible for the overall management of the Springfield office. Duties will include daily administration, managing personnel, training, caseload management and ensuring high quality representation for clients served by the 26-attorney office. The District Defender will report to Regional Division Director.

Licensed attorneys with criminal law experience and a passion for justice and equality are encouraged to apply. Management experience is a plus. Salary: $9,412/month
