Job Description

Managing attorney for the St. Louis City District Office. This twenty-eight attorney office handles cases in St. Louis City. In addition to caseload responsibilities, the District Defender is responsible for:

• Case assignments
• Monitoring of employee performance
• Hiring
• Development and implementation of office policies

Qualifications

Must be a member of the Missouri Bar and have criminal law experience. Management experience preferred.
