Office Support Assistant (Part Time)

Salary: $1,520.25 – $1,689.75/month, depending upon experience. This position offers state benefits including retirement plan, health and life insurance options, and paid time off.

Job Description: Duties include closing cases, processing invoices, and releasing client files. This individual will also serves as receptionist and is responsible for handling incoming calls, processing outgoing mail, shipping packages, and other administrative duties as assigned. Work hours: 30 hours/week; Monday – Friday between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 pm. Must be available to work afternoons until 5:00 pm at least 3 days/week.

Individual must have excellent interpersonal and attention to detail skills, be self-motivated, and support the mission of the public defender to provide zealous representation to our clients.

Qualifications: One year of professional or technical work experience. Preferred candidates will have Microsoft Office experience.
