The Public Defender Commission is an independent department of the judicial branch of state government.

It is the agenda of the Commission to vote to go into closed session to approve the closed session minutes of September 13, 2017 and October 25, 2017 meetings, and discuss legal actions, causes of action or litigation pursuant to Section 610.021(1) and discuss hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting of particular employees pursuant to Section 610.021(3).
