2019 Excellence Award – Cindy Malone

Cindy Malone is a Mitigation Specialist in Capital PCR, District 67, and has worked for MSPD for over 13 years in the same position. She graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2004 with her Masters in Social Work and has since become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice.

Before coming to work for MSPD, she worked at Fulton State Hospital as a Behavioral Technician, collecting data for a longitudinal research project on the Social Learning Program in the Biggs Building. She enjoys life outside of work with her husband and two teenage sons, as well as her newfound love of slow-pitch softball. Go Barristers!
