Fee Schedule
A client that is accepted by the Missouri State Public Defender (MSPD) will owe a fee based upon the following fee schedule. No fee will be assessed for applicants who are under the age of 18 at the time of applying, or who are charged as a juvenile.

| Capital Murder Case | $1,500 |
