Free ID Clinic

Need help getting an ID? Come to our FREE ID Clinic!

Date: Thursday, 9/10/26
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Location: St. Louis City Trial Office – Carnahan Courthouse, Room 104 (1114 Market St., St. Louis, MO 63101)

We’re working with the League of Women Voters of Metro St. Louis and the Ashrei Foundation to help you get ready for the ID you need. This can include driver’s license, non-driver ID, or city ID.

This clinic is free. The team will help you figure out what paperwork you need and what steps to take. It will also cover all ID and processing costs! You will not get your ID on the same day, but this clinic will help you get everything prepared so the process is faster and easier.

Who can come?

MSPD clients, family members, and anyone in the community who needs ID help!

What should you bring?

Any documents you already have (old IDs, SS card, birth certificate, legal paperwork, etc.) plus a reliable mailing address that is not a P.O. Box

Walk-ups are welcome, but signing up early helps us get you in and out faster. Appointments usually take 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on what you need.

The form will ask:
1. Have you had a Missouri ID before?
2. Were you born?
3. If you were born outside the U.S., what is your immigration status?
4. Do you have a mailing address (not a P.O. Box)?
