It is the agenda of the Commission to vote to go into closed session to approve the closed session minutes of April 25, 2019 and May 9, 2019; to discuss legal actions,
causes of action or litigation pursuant to Section 610.021(1); and to discuss hiring, firing, disciplining, compensation or promoting of particular employees pursuant to Section 610.021(3).
